If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will review the issue and, if necessary, arrange a re-clean or provide a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Services completed as booked and approved on-site
- Issues reported after 24 hours
- Situations caused by conditions beyond our control
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
